This beautiful piece was written by Ukrainian composer, Mikola Leontovych in 1914. I always imagine that it reflects the sounds of living there in the olden days when you could hear all the bells from different villages ring. Here is a video with the basics:

They are really nice to do as duets also, where your piano partner might play the bass note(s) or the chords or that "ostinato" 3 23 1 pattern!
